Layout properties for children of Gtk::FixedLayout.

Gtk::FixedLayoutChild instances are created by Gtk::FixedLayout. To create or get a Gtk::FixedLayoutChild instance, call Gtk::LayoutManager::get_layout_child() from a Gtk::FixedLayout instance.
