Gets the expectations declared by hdrs‘s “Expect” header.

Currently this will either be SOUP_EXPECTATION_CONTINUE or SOUP_EXPECTATION_UNRECOGNIZED.

Type: SoupExpectation

The contents of hdrs‘s “Expect” header.
